This NZ8 has 413 hours on the 20,000hr laser and was installed in a dedicated Home Theater room (never moved). Unit operates perfectly and is an excellent cosmetic condition… It is currently running the latest 3.0 firmware. This projector was meticulously, cared for and always used in a dedicated theater room / dry and smoke-free environment. I have the original receipt and the remainder of the three-year factory warranty is available (it is barely a year old the purchase was October 2022). The unit will come with the original remote control shipped in the original JVC package as you can see in the photos. Please note, this is not a refurbished projector. JVC RS3100 (B-Stock)Less than 700 hours, mostly in Medium Laser3 Year Extended Warranty good until 5/2027. (I can transfer this to you)** The reason for the lower price is when I dismounted the projector and turned it over I noticed what sounded like a loose screw slide down the body. I did not notice then when I first unboxed and mounted the projector. I re-mounted the projector and watched a movie and no issues.
