JVC R-S33 AM/FM Stereo Receiver with SEA and built in Graphic Equalizer. Thoroughly tested all features and functions work as designed. Both left and right channels have strong output and all inputs(including phono) follow their dedicated signal path. The unique tuning system works great and pulls in a strong stereo signal for both local and distant stations. Stereo separation is Excellent. Display, lamps, indicators, sliders, switches, controls, meters, etc. all perform their intended functions. Cosmetically, there is some veneer peel and slight flaking on the bottom edges of the wood side panels. Please view the auction photos. What you see is Exactly what you get. NO UNPLEASANT SURPRISES. Up for sale Vintage JVC R-S33 Stereo Receiver Powers On Read Description PartsOrRestoration. The stereo cabinet is in good condition considering its age, small bump on the top of the metal cover, and a cheap one on the back of the wood cabinet, please check the pictures. The front aluminum face is in great condition, and all lights seem to work fine, you will need an external antenna to catch strong radio signal, the stereo sounds but the left channel work intermittently, sometimes the sound is very low or definitely not sound at all, I got this stereo from an old lady and smells like perfume, this stereo is for sale as is for parts or restoration, thank you. JVC R-S33L Stereo Receiver Super A Amp Amplifier Graphic Equalizer Phono Stage. Lovely looking receiver from the classic age of HIFI Selling as a project for repair due to a couple of issues. Powers up Tuner works leds light up. Headphone socket works Bulbs appear to need replacing as they don’t light up No output to speakers from the rear connectors. A couple are a bit stiff Front is in great condition for its age. Some marks from age and use as expected. Nice project to get back fully operational It’s a heavy unit due to the bulky transformer hence postage cost (sorry)
