Vintage Kenwood KR-4070 AM/FM Tuner Stereo Receiver Amplifier Youre bidding on a Vintage Kenwood KR-4070 AM/FM Tuner Stereo Receiver Amplifier in very good vintage cosmetic condition with a few minor flaws. It works perfectly except for one thing, the speakers A work as they should and the speakers B work as they should but when switched to A&B they do not work so at this time you cannot run 4 speakers at the same time. I do not know if it is just a dirty switch or something else so please be aware. If it is not mentioned or pictured it is not included. Condition is very subjective so please ask any questions ahead of time so with this in mind everything is sold as is. Kenwood KR-4070 AM/FM Stereo Receiver, the receiver does work, but has some problems.   I dont think the power cable is original, it has a on off switch inline in the power cable.  When you turn the power knob to the off postion the radio still stays powered up, it does switch the speaker from a to b.  The receiver is stuck in FM receive mode.  The knob turns like it should but it does not switch to the other modes.  Tunes in stations very good on FM and has equal sound from both left and right channels.  Sold as-is no refunds or returns THE simple solution for eBay sellers.

Vintage Kenwood KR-4070 AM/FM Phono AUX Stereo Receiver W/LED Lights Serviced????. Excellent working condition! Fully serviced with Blue LED Lights. I went over the electronics to see if there were any issues which I have not found any. I cleaned the dials and potentiometer so there is no distorting sound. It works great, old school powerful and overall looks great. I RECORDED A VIDEO,PLEASE WATCH IT. Please check the pics, pics are part of the description of the cosmetic condition. Stereo does allow audio through A and B speakers when selected, but when the third A/B option is selected both A and B speakers do not play simultaneously. This stereo is in as-found condition. I am not an expert in these stereos, or any stereo for that matter. The lights shown in the photos work. Knobs may crackle. This is a project stereo in very good condition with the manual. See photos. She’s a beaut’ for someone looking for a killer project. To my knowledge this stereo should be in tip top shape with minimal work, as audio does go through. Receiver is in great condition for its age. Volume and balance have a little static when turned but unit plays great, strong on both channels. FM stereo indicator light does not come on, this is not a bulb issue but a tuner circuit issue based on a google deep dive I did about a decade ago. FM reception was never a highlight of this model, does not pull stations in very well. All inputs are fully functional and as seen in the 1st pic, dial and meter lights are working.

The backlight comes on for the tuner and the meters. We also have the original box for the item and will include it if desired (not pictured). The receiver is in very good cosmetic condition.
