Marantz NR1501 Dolby AV Receiver minor fault 7.1 surround sound with a minor fault- see below. No remote. Power lead included. A lovely slimline receiver. Gives great sound and I upgraded only so that I could get something with HDMI-CEC so I can control the volume with my TVs remote. The slight fault is that it takes about 5 minutes to output sound after the power is turned on. If you leave it on then there is no cut out in sound. There is also no cut out at high power or volumes. If you just leave it on you wouldnt notice this at all and the power drawer is very minimal- but were in the habit of having nothing on standby. The fault has been stable over the 5 years I had this, with no sign of getting any worse. I always used my phone to control this via a built in IR blaster. Alternatively youd need a universal or replacement remote is probably needed. Please note due to work Ill be unable to post this item until 13/7/23. Also note its very heavy!
