This tuner is another estate find..i took it into a shop to be checked. Its in working condition. It comes with the wood case yet i have no screws to hold it in there. All the lights work. One output on the back had been soldered. Apparently someones RCA cable was too tight and it broke the ground ring. The other side has no issues.
