Ive owned this Maxell AE-320 battery-operated record cleaner for about 25 years. I only used it a few times (since I have a larger record cleaning system). It works well. To operate it, you turn the base upside-down, insert the little record spindle, place a record, and then place the cleaner on top. As can be seen in the photos, the cleaner itself moves around the record, and the internal brush does the cleaning of dust & particles, and sends it to the dirt receptacle on top. I believe it also discharges any static electricity. The instructions are printed on the bottom. Please note that this removes particles but isnt a deep-cleaning liquid record cleaning device. The record cleaner will be promptly shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. It works properly.
