The unit is in very good condition with some very minor marks and scratches which can be seen in the pictures attached. Originally launched back in 1993 but even today this is still a very highly regarded preamplifier. Wonderful vintage kit. I dont have speakers to test it with anymore but was working GREAT on my Rega Elas. There was a short 2-3 seconds hum noise when powering off the unit in the last 2 months of using it, so a recap might be in order as its normal maintenance on these units. I flipped the case on the NAC 42, so its really a chrome bumper, I just reversed the case to match the power amp. Also, from the last picture, I presume that theres no phono onboard but never tested it since i dont own a TT. The white script is yellowed but can probably be cleaned off. The power din looks original to Naim (so I guess it is) but the interconnect is branded Chord Co. on the shrink tube. Im including manuals BUT they are NOT for the 90/42. One is for a TT, the other for an integrated amp. Enjoy!

Chances are if youre looking at this advert, you know more about this system than I do, but I can tell you that it has been fully tested and sounds amazing. There is a very slight pop when the power is turned off, but I understand the idea with these is that theyre left on anyway so thats not really an issue.
