General auction items are visible both on the general eBay websites and in the sellers eBay shop. The goods offered on the general eBay websites or in the sellers eBay shop are binding offers by the seller to conclude a contract for the respective item. 3 Conclusion of contract, contract language The buyer can buy goods offered via the sellers eBay shop immediately or bid on these goods in an auction. Auction listings may also include a Buy It Now option. The goods offered in the sellers eBay shop in the Buy It Now offer format and auctions of these goods are also visible on the general eBay websites. This does not apply to the sellers items, which he intended exclusively as shop items. The purchase price can be paid in advance, eg PayPal, bank transfer (by Ebay). The purchase price can alternatively be paid by cash on delivery or personal pickup. The seller undertakes, after the conclusion of the purchase contract and full payment of the purchase price, to send the goods to the buyer immediately by post or freight forwarder. Partial deliveries are permitted as long as they are reasonable for the buyer. 5 Cancellation policy for consumers in distance contracts RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason. SPECIAL NOTES ON THE EARLY EXPIRATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL In the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, your right of cancellation expires prematurely if the seal on the goods has been removed after delivery.
