National Panasonic RF-7270 FM/AM Portable Radio+Cassette with original Instruction Book, Original Point of Sale card and printed copy of schematics. Made in Japan for REPAIR OR PROP ONLY. Spares and repairs only. No leads. Sold as Not Working. It is a robust and heavy item. Originally designed for use in a car, the radio is being sold for spares and repairs which means I cant guarantee the working condition at all and it may not be returned if it doesnt work at all. Cosmetically, its absolutely stunning for the year - probably the best youll find. When I inserted D cell batteries (not supplied) a few Medium Wave stations were heard, but nothing on FM. A cassette played from the start and sounded fine. There was no rewind or fast-forward and playback was wobbly near the end of the tape (i.e. when the majority of tape weighed down the right hand spool mechanism). Therefore, the radio is sold as NOT WORKING, and comes with no mains lead or batteries nor any other accessories apart from the instructions and point of sale. Images form condition description.
