Der Player war nach voll funktionsfähig, als ich ihn vor 2 Jahren bei ebay verkaufte. Ich steckte die Laufwerksarretierung am Boden fest und versandte das Gerät. Leider hatte ich in der Angebotsbeschreibung fälschlich eine Fernbedienung genannt. Weil der CD 471 keine FB hat, schickte der Käufer das Gerät zurück. Als es ankam, funktionierte es nicht mehr - beim Einlesen von CDs kam ein fürcherterlich schleifendes Geräusch und keine CD wurde erkannt. Ich will dem Käufer nichts unterstellen - vermutlich ein Transportschaden. Ich habe versucht, den Fehler zu beheben und das Schwenklaufwerk zerlegt und wieder zusammengesetzt. Einen Fehler konnte ich nicht finden, aber nach dem Zusammenbau war die Leseeinheit zumindest wieder leichtgängig. Ob ich dennoch alles richtig gemacht habe, weiss ich nicht. Ich habe das Gerät jedenfalls nicht mehr zum Laufen gekriegt. Zuletzt war sogar das Display tot. Vermutlich ist nur eine Sicherung oder ein Spannungsregler im NT defekt. Ich hatte aber irgendwann keine Lust mehr, mich damit zu beschäftigen. Zumindest als Ersatzteilspender sollte das ganze noch taugen - und sei es auch nur, dass jemand Zahnrad + Riemen braucht. Ein bsonderer Clou ist der nachgerüstete Digitalausgang. Ich hatte bei anderen Modellen im Schaltbild gesehen, dass am Pin 14 des SAA7220 das SPDIF-Signal mit einem kleinen HF-Trafo und zwei Widerständen nach außen geführt wurde. Den kleinen Trafo hatte ich bei Philips als Ersatzteil bezogen und dann mit einer kleinen Lochrasterplatine den Digitalausgang nachgerüstet. Jahrelang habe ich damit meinen DAT-Rekorder gefüttert... Die Serviceanleitung lege ich bei.
