Knob caps stamped from solid brass with stamped and blackened position indicator pointer with the same dimensions and location as the originals. Chamfered ( 45 degree edge break) edges and spun polished just like the originals. We make these in 3 sizes to fit all the various sizes knobs used on this series of components. The original caps were made of a material that is no longer available, the closest gold toned material is brass which is slightly darker then the originals, for this reason we suggest to replace them as a complete set so they look uniform. Pioneer SA-500A Vintage Stereo Amplifier Excellent Working Order. In very good working order. Has some minor age related wear such as small scuffs and marks and a small chip to wooden panel on left, bottom edge. Otherwise seems very clean for age. Tested and all worked well. No missing or broken knobs etc. Plug has been changed to UK 3 pin plug. Wire in very good condition. Please see photos for close ups of condition and further details.

This was my grandfathers amplifier who owned it from new. I have kept it since he passed away 5 years ago. It has been used occasionally since then. I have cleaned the amp inside and out including cleaning the pots and switches to remove any oxidation. Please note that this is over 45 years old so it may benefit from new capacitors.
