Here we have an early model Quad 33 Control unit pre-amplifier in good condition, and full working order. The unit was serviced by IAG (Quad) in February 2021, but has just been fully checked over by me (qualified electronic engineer). IAG replaced the suppressor, all electrolytic capacitors, and provided two brand new amplifier boards. I have checked everything, and cleaned the switches and potentiometers which were crackly (not anymore). Unfortunately there are some minor scratches on the case and underneath someone has tried to remove a label by lightly sanding!.Please see the photographs as they form part of the description. Bear in mind that the photos enhance some of the scratches which will normally be invisible to the naked eye.s/n 10144 (1970). Comes complete with a mains cable fused at 3 amps and earthed.
