QUAD 405-2 Power amp boards replaced original CA A5 power amp section.This is original power amp section replacement project with QUAD 405-2 power amp boards.All preamp section of CA A5 is retained all functions working, and there is still possible to install PHONO stage board on demand.All knobs / inpt selectors / volume and tone adjustment works as in originial design.One pair of speaker terminals connected, the 2nd was removed due to the space limitation. All tested working and sounds great. PSU is made of Nichicon 4 x 2200uF per rail (positive and gative) (total 8 x 2200uF) with high current Schottly diodes.
