It has been in the box for the last 16 years. The condition is impeccable, no scratches on the front and a few minimal on the top plate. You could not ask for nicer. Rotel made another box that decodes DD and it loops through this unit, see manual. This will work with any surround sound processor or receiver with 5.1 inputs, hopefully with a DB-25 connector or you can buy a DB-25 to RCA adapter. I have a Rotel RTC-970 preamp processor which has the right connections that I will sell at a very good deal if you want it... it has remote, push button volume, Dolby Pro-logic surround. It has one glitch, it always defaults to surround, but not to stereo. I use it to check out other equipment and everytime I turn it off and then on, it reverts to dolby pro logic, this might be fine in your system, but I am just checking 2 channel stereo equipment. It has been tested and is in excellent working and cosmetic condition. Non-smoking household. The protection circuit indicator LEDs only illuminate when there is a fault, which has never happened, and when powering the device on or off as a test of the LEDs. The surround right LED does not illuminate at power on/off until the unit has warmed up a bit, then the LED illuminates as it should on power on/off. The amplifier will be shipped double boxed in the original factory packaging. Included are the original power cord and owners manual.

Rotel RB985 Thx Lucasfilm Surround Endstufe. Funktioniert einwandfrei. Oben auf den Deckel an einer Stelle Korrosionsspuren. Innen sehr sauber. Minimale Gebrauchsspuren. Ich habe noch den passenden Surround Vorverstrker von Rotel hier in ebay
