A wonderful Rotel turntable in really nice condition. This has been well looked after and spent the last decade of its life tucked away in a loft. I have recently changed the belt drive with the correct belt and bought a really durable one to avoid any future belt issues. Furthermore, I have also purchased and installed a new cartridge. I have hardly used this turntable, only to listen to a few records when I put the new belt in and new cartridge. It plays wonderfully as you would expect from a Rotel. It really is a beautiful turntable, with wooden effect base that is in excellent condition. Some slight marks to the clear perspex cover as you would expect, but certainly nothing significant. A really beautiful piece of vintage audio equipment that will serve its owner well for many years. A very collectable item that will only increase in value as the years go on. There is almost nothing to fault on its sound quality. Movie soundtracks was delivered fault free with good scale and clarity. Bass was punchy and deep and adds volume to the overall movie experience. So with a no reserve auction, this is a no-brainer AV processor/ preamp that sounds way above its price tag. It actually sounded pretty good as a stereo only preamp too. We dont have the original box but will securely pack this for safe shipping. A Rotel remote will be included which only adjusts the volume and turning the unit on and off. Other controls will have to be accessed from the unit itself. Manual is available online. Semi automatic [manual onto record, auto return at the end] Condition of deck itself is mint, but the Perspex cover is well marked.Cartridge is Ortothon, stylus is good.Upgrades very long RCA lead 3.5m to allow flexibility when locating the deck.new belt. The stand illustrated is not included in the sale but is available. Custom made by a cabinet maker: very nice. For collection as fragile. Deliver possible locally, or anywhere along M6 to Yorkshire Dales. Courier at cost - will package well.
