The cassette / Tape deck works, however, after a few minutes the tape speed slows and it sounds a little wonky. Most likely needs a new belt. There are cosmetic signs of wear in the form of scratches, dirt, paint chips etc. It was tested with the AC Power. It was not tested using batteries. The record function was not tested.
