Also the muting button also stays down and have to manually lift the button back up and no sound from the left speaker. Has paint speckles areas of the case, Also has marks and scratches so please do study the photos for overall cosmetic condition. No power lead included. Any questions please do ask.

Sharp GF9090E 1970S BoomboxTape player has been fully refurbished,including new belts,capstan pinch roller,rubber flywheel take -up idler tyre and new capacitors,plus an intergrated circuit sound chip.Tape heads have been demagnetized.Also a new motor which has speed adjustment control. I replaced the belts and capstan pinch roller myself, as well as replacing the rubber flywheel take - up idler tyre which had turned into a black goo.This is the main reason why these cassette players end up chewing up cassette tapes.What happens is over time the rubber flywheel take - up idler disintegrates and the cassette idler wheel cannot turn,hence tapes get ruined.
