I remember buying this radio at Amsterdam airport more than 30 years ago and subsequently listening to the BBC World Service on it on an overnight train in India. I seem to remember it costing about £80 at the time which was A LOT of money then! Its a very satisfyingly built radio and considering its age its in pretty good condition. The aerial attachment point broke at one point and I had to take the back off to glue it - its seemed to be really well made inside with a toothed belt to control the tuning needle.
