Belt had perished on the loading mechanism so I have replaced it myself with a brand new belt and it is working great now - please view video for evidence of unit reading, playing and ejecting as it should. Sony Minidisc Deck MDS-JE770 *SPARES OR REPAIR*. This is listed as spares or repairs! No returns I’ve been honest with what is wrong! Will need a new loading belt (I’ve put a temporary one in but it’s not correct belt and slips off) I’ve tried numerous discs most play absolutely fine but a couple throw up C13/14 error (might be my discs or might need lens cleaning) It’s in used condition with scratches on casing top I’ve not tried to record anything recently but was working before but I cannot guarantee this hence being sold for spares or repairs!
