Sony SS-CSD1 Pair Of Speakers 50 Watt.

Here we have a vintage Sony mini bookshelf HiFi system with speakers, recently donated to our charity It comprises of CD AMP TAPE and SPEAKERS Sony SS-CSD1 Compact components It comes as pictured - with speakers, but without speaker cables, accessories, manuals or remote control We have no speaker cable to test the speakers but we could test the components with a spare we had... We can confirm it is working - we played a CD and a tape and we also made a short recording from CD to tape. All good - the auto reverse worked smoothly on the tape desk, as did the eject on the drawer of both components. There were no further tests... There is damage on the rear panel as you can see - the coaxial output has been broken off. It is cosmetically very grubby could be greatly improved with careful cleaning... The speakers in particular are cosmetically poor, although the drivers look okay. This set up looks like it was maybe used in a shed or garage. When you move the parts around you can hear rattling inside which may actually be dead insects... It all seems to work so Im not too concerned, but thought I should mention it. We couldnt test the speakers so please factor this in.... PAT tested for electrical safety Combined weight is 18.6kg so collection from Crewe CW1 Cheshire recommended ????????
