STUCK IN STANDBY SPI FLASH IC UF11 FOR TECHNIKA 24E21B-FHD T.MSD309.B51 C13125 PLEASE NOTE THIS ISNT THE MAIN BOARD FOR SALE BUT THE FLASH IC FOR THE MAIN BOARD!As a result of some people abusing the returns process on ebay I will no longer be selling the programmed spi flash ics for TVs as new other, they will now be sold as spares and repairs. I have had people think they are buying a new TV board for £10 and 80p delivery for first class! This I will not tolerate when they cannot be bothered to read the listing details and then ask for a return for there own incompetent mistake! I suggest you look at my feedback for the programmed spi flash ics and make your own mind up. Until ebay does something about this then this is the only way to combat this! Sorry to the majority of buyers but I am sure you will understand.If your TECHNIKA 24E21B-FHD TV has a corrupted flash ic it can suffer from one of the following symptoms: Stuck on standby, no picture but led back lights on, constantly on the channel search, screen image upside down, strange colours on the screen, plus various other issues (if your unsure as to your symptom contact me for further clarification). Simple solution is to replace the SPI Flash ic UF11 with the programmed chip supplied. Once programmed it will be verified that the correct data has been written into the flash ic, this ensures 100% correct data write to the flash IC. This is only suitable for the following TECHNIKA 24E21B-FHD TV withmain board number T.MSD309.B51 C13125 with screen BOER236WU1. This may work with other screens but only the screens above has been tried and is guaranteed to work.After fitting the SMD IC it will automatically enter the first time installation so that you can retune all your digital Freeview channels for your area. Soldering skills are required to remove the spi flash from the PCB without causing damage to any of the surface mount components and to solder the supplied SPI Flash IC smd component. All responsibility is down to you and no liability will be taken for fitting it incorrectly or any damage as a result of fitting it. Please ensure when fitting the ic that the correct orientation of the IC so that the very small dimple is at pin 1 (ask if you are unsure as to the correct way round the ic should be fitted). Good soldering skills are required to fit this SMD (Surface Mount Device) SPI Flash IC, if you dont feel capable get someone suitably competent to carry out the procedure.
