TACT RCS 2.0 AA Digital/analogue Preamplifier. The RCS 2.0 AA is a two-channel digital device with four analog inputs (up to 24-bit/96kHz A/D) and two analog outputs (24/96 D/A), in addition to the standard digital outputs. The RCS also has the ability to control gain (or, more properly, attenuation), signal polarity (for each channel individually), and select among its digital and analogue inputs. It acts as the preamp/control centre for a full system. The RCS 2.0 was the first build device from Peter Lyngdorf in the room correction theme. I think he sold his part on NAD to research and produce the RCS 2.0. Unlike the current products with RoomPerfects automatic room correction, here you have full control over the process. With room correction, this preamp improves the sound quality in your room. The TACT RCS 2.0 is a high-quality digital preamp that offers exceptional sound quality.
