Technics Linear Phase Speakers SB-F1 Vintage hifi bookshelf speakers dating from 1978. Very solidly built and very heavy for their size. The woofers and tweeters in both speakers work perfectly. There is a little tarnishing on one of the speakers’ speaker grills, but this doesn’t affect its function. We have used these as home hifi speakers with a separates system for about 15 years and only selling now after an upgrade. Really nice speakers with a great frequency response for their size! If you are looking at these speakers then you do not need me to tell you about these wonderful little beasts from 1979. The build quality (they are so heavy!) And of course the sound quality. Even pairing these up with your phone through a decent amp you will be amazed at the warmth and quality of sound they deliver. They even make spotify sound good ! Your mission, once youve bid for these, is to search the internet to find the 1970s stands that you could have purchased with these originally that screw into the bottom(see picture). Beautiful sound that still packs a punch, search high and low but you will be hard pushed to find another pair as good as these vintage boxes.
