Original Thorens Rutschkupplung 50 Hz Pulley bestehend aus 4 Teilen für Thorens TD 145 - 146 - 147 - 160 - 165 - 166 geprüfte Qualität

These parts came off an unmodified Thorens TD 165 turntable. They are untested & what you see in the picture is what you receive, but the whole table looked in ok shape except the motor hub was bent and the tonearm cables were cut. Some of these parts work on TD 160 tables & possibly others. Parts include: Tonearm Tonearm headshell screw mount with pin Counterweight Rare anti-skate weight with string attached white plastic pivot point Headshell with untested Audio Technica cartridge & VTA shim attached I will ship these via First Class in a box when I can. TD160 mk2 motor, its very obviously seen very little use. Thorens TD160 MK2 motor and all associated circuitry, absolutely smooth, dead central and quiet with correct float. Perfect Working Order. Condition is Used. Dispatched with Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class. Complete with ALL circuitry and screws and the all important adjustment spring.

This incomplete Thorens TD160 probably was intended by someone to build into some sort of stereo furniture, but apparantly the person did not finish the job. This is the only explanation I can think of why it is in this state. Most parts are there and functioning. The only real thing missing is the headshell with pickup element.Internally some connections have been disconnected as was the arm which I managed to fix again (fortunately most screws were in a plastic bag that came with this item). I tried the motor and fortunately it works. Plateau runs very nice and frictionless, both 45 and 33 RPM function but belt may need replacement. Overall condition is fair, so my guess is that this turntable is best as donor for parts. Please see pictures... what you see is what you get! Someone probably intended this Thorens TD160 to be build into some sort of stereo furniture, but apparantly did not finish the job and so it ended up in a thrift shop.
