ITT Schaub-Lorenz Touring International 103 Marineband Radio ~ Working ~ 1972/73 Supplied in decent cosmetic condition for age and given a clean over before being offered for sale. Powers up but I was unable to receive a signal on FM. There is a low hum as well. There are a couple of cosmetic issues. The aerial has broken at some point and the top part has been replaced with a knitting needle (of all things!). A trim is missing from the lower front and also the dial illumination does not work (probably a bulb issue). The battery compartment is very clean. I tested the radio via mains power (a lead is not included as we find that the plug end tends to damage the item whilst in the postal system, but this is just a standard figure 8 type, which are very inexpensive). All that being said, this is quite a good example that could be made to be something very special, with a little more work.
