Philips 35W AW7694/05 Turbo Bass beatbox (1988) Radio works, cassette deck not working, power input cord port temperamental and would need repair/attention. Dent on left speaker which doesnt affect the sound. I used it for radio, connected my Sony Walkman to it, and recorded off of the radio as well as dubbed tapes on it. All the buttons behave as they should and pop down and up fine. Can also be used with x 8 R20 1.5 volt D batteries for a truly portable experience when you want a substantial warm sound but dont want that big electrics bill! No rust in battery box. A bit dusty on nooks and crannies on outer casing.Beautiful rich sound. Has metal holder for carrying strap at sides of speaker, (as you did in the 80s). I am selling because the poor thing needs to be loved, and I cant give it what it needs anymore. Collection only due to weight and preserving of all components.

Also the Ariel has been snapped off but the radio still works fine… Great sound and is an excellent model and yes I’m selling two of these!! Thanks for looking..

PHILIPS MOVING SOUND BOOM BOX IN GOOD USED CONDITION ,UPON TESTING I HAVE THE RADIO AND BOTH TAPES WORKING ,The only issue is ,the volume button is temperamental and can make the sound come from only 1 speaker ,but slight fidgeting with it ,sound returns to both ,the boo-boo would benefit from a service , but its a lovely retro boo-boo, tuning can be fiddly but a good range of stations can be found ,Untested on batteries but the battery compartment looks clean ,please study photos
