Purchased directly from humminguru.com, where this model (HG01) is still available. Please, check their website for all details. 40 Kilohertz. Highly reviewed on Amazon (4.5, 170+ ratings), the vendors website (4.9, 100+ reviews), and elsewhere. Comes with all original accessories and original packaging. Note that there is a crack in the water tank, which does not affect operation of the unit (I only noticed when taking these pictures). There are also scuffs on the device, and I tried to show them all in the images above. Now, does this cleaner really work? Well, many are enthusiastic. I would say that records definitely look MUCH better after a single cleaning cycle. They also sound (somewhat) better -- but dont expect crackle to go away completely. Perhaps theres a way to optimize the workflow: multiple cycles, special liquids, additional cleaning steps, etc. I dont know, and I didnt do too much research.
