Fun little project for any NHT enthusiast!!! Just add some woofers from your existing vintage SuperZero or order new v2.1 woofers from the NHT parts department (slight enclosure trimming required). Or get some kind of upgrade from Dayton Audio. I believe the reference series may flush-fit with some addition of wood filler. These definitely have some dings and dents from the last 25 years, but are still pretty nice overall. WAY more solid than the newest version SuperZero enclosures from China (thinner mdf with small braces added to try to compensate). Expect to sand these and add some rub-on polyurethane in order to get the enclosures looking nicer. And as always, the old grilles on these are very fragile.
