This vintage Sony AC power adapter, model AC-40A, is compatible with the Sony Watchman and has an output voltage of 6V and 700 mA. The cable length is 10 ft and it comes in black color. It is a 1:1 connection split/duplication and the connector B can be seen in the pictures provided. The features of this AC/DC adapter are powered and it is suitable for various consumer electronics.

This auction is for a Sony Watchman model FD-2A handheld / portable TV! Manufactured in August of 1985, this is apparently a Miami Dolphins edition, with the team name and logo on the face of the device. It turns on, as can be seen in the auction photos! When I plugged in headphones, I received sound whether in the sound mode or the TV mode, but was never able to get sound to come out of the devices speaker for some reason. This is a nice piece of vintage technology, and a great collectible for sports fans! In addition, there are apparently clips on the web that show how to set up a Watchman to receive a digital over the air signal, although Ive never done this myself, and it involves external, additional equipment. The battery compartment on this does appear to have some corrosion in it, and the tip of one spring appears to be gone, but when I put in four AA batteries (not included), it powered up without issue! Being sold as is, where is, no warranty expressed or implied. Will combine shipping on multiple items whenever possible. Feel free to email with any questions! Panasonic Pocket View CH1000 RD Watchman LCD Pocket TV. From my personal pocket TV collection, one of my favorite pocket TVs from the early color LCD era—and the most amazing, most complete set I’ve ever seen. This could very well be new in box—there’s so few signs of use that I question whether it was ever actually used. There are very few marks/signs of handling on the set or any accessories, and it works as new. The case shows some marks on it, but it could be box wear. If it’s not new in box, it’s the closest I’ve ever seen! I love these CH1000’s—they have bright, colorful, and reasonably sharp screen for the era—and the best haptics/form factor IMO. They also are good on batteries, work great with rechargeables, and sound pretty good. If you have a vintage analog TV collection, or have access to OTA analog TV, you can’t go wrong adding this one to your collection. They are a joy to use, even today!

Sony Vintage Mega Watchman. Model FD-510. Manufacture date is 1992. AM and FM radios work fine (just tested). TV is black and white, comes on when selected, but we don’t have broadcast TV in our area, so couldn’t test quality. Has input jack for external antenna. Can also run on 8 D cell batteries or 12 volt DC power supply (not included, download the user manual). Some corrosion on D Cell terminals inside bottom, looks like easy removal with file or sand paper. Power cord is obviously included. See pictures. Case is in perfect shape.

The volume on the tv works too.
